If you have Internet Explorer 5 already installed, please follow these steps:
1. From the Start menu choose Settings.
2. Select Control Panel
3. Select Internet Options.
4. In the General tab click Languages.
5. Click on the Add button.
6. Select the language you wish to add.
7. Press OK to add the selected language
8. On the Language Preference window select the primary language you wish to
    read and move it to the top of the list. Place the secondary language below it.
9. Press OK twice to confirm.
